We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. For weddings and large corporate events, we advise booking at least 2-3 months ahead.

Yes! We provide full delivery, setup, and takedown services for all our event rentals. Our team ensures everything is securely installed and functioning perfectly before your event begins.

If your event is outside the Dallas area, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

❓ What payment methods do you accept?

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before the event.

❓ What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change! Our cancellation policy is as follows:
✔ Cancellations 30+ days before event – Full refund minus deposit
✔ Cancellations 7-13 days before event – 50% refund
✔ Cancellations less than 7 days before event – No refund

If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you at no extra charge.
